The Oxford International Standardized Assessments are aligned to both the Oxford International Curriculum and the English National Curriculum. The tests are designed to provide insights into learners’ progress and achievement at key transition points at the end of Primary (typically at the end of Year 6) and Lower Secondary (typically at the end of Year 9) to inform decisions about further studies and test-takers’ focuses in subsequent years. The results can also be used to inform teaching for future cohorts.

These are end-of-phase tests, which assess knowledge and skills against material taught during the programme of study in the chosen subject.
