QuestionAnswer
How will I know when our school’s results are ready? You will receive an email from us once the results are available.

You could also login to the platform as a School Admin, click ‘Launch’ and under Step 4 you will either see a message to Download Certificates if your results are ready or a message that there are currently no certificates for your school if they are not yet available.
How do I view my school’s results?  Log in to the platform as a School Admin [https://oisa.oup.com], click Launch and click Download under Step 4.
What do the reports show? There are 2 reports:
Student report (which can be shared with students and parents) – top level and detailed breakdown
School report – top level  results across the school.
What do the scores/results represent? Please see “Pilot report interpretation guide” (sent out with email announcing results, and included in results download folder). Scores are given for performance per subject, per pupil, representing their performance in the subject domains and subdomains that the pilot tests assessed.
How can I use the results? These are indicative results based on the pilot tests and can be used to support teachers’ understanding of pupils’ attainment against the OIC. It’s important to keep in mind that – as piloting is not complete – the scores do not yet include any weighting for question difficulty, standardized scores do not yet reflect a fully representative test population, and not all subject areas are comprehensively assessed yet. Results can be shared with parents, students, and others at schools’ discretion.
Can you provide any further detailed information regarding individual question items? To support meaningful comparison at subject, domain, and subdomain level, and to preserve test integrity, results are not reported at question level.
Can you provide any guidance around the extended response scores? Extended response items were triple marked by trained examiners to ensure robust and fair assessment for all test-takers. The approach to marking extended response questions remains under review.
Can you provide the results in a different way? i.e. Excel format The results are only available in the format provided at this stage, but we are developing more in-depth reporting and functionality for the final product.
Why are the results not available for me to view? The results are only available to those with a School Admin role, please ask your School Admin to login to access the results for your school.
My students completed the full assessment, but their results are not showing. All test attempts and responses successfully submitted are included in these reports, and no other data is available.

As these assessments are still in the piloting stage we are investigating any potential issues to ensure they are addressed for the full product launch. Please let us know if you believe any results are missing so we can investigate but no additional results data will be available at this stage.
Will the students receive certificates? You can download individual student Certificates of Participation to share with your students digitally. We do not send physical copies but if you wish to print them then you are welcome to do so.
I can’t see a button to Download Certificates, how can I access them? If there is no button for you to Download under Step 4 you do not have the correct permissions to access results. Contact your School Admin who can login and download the results and certificates for you.
What is the difference between the pilot results and the final product results?  These pilot results are intended to give indicative data on each test-taker’s performance in the tests. The results reporting available at full launch will be much more extensive, and feature:
– A secure, interactive web interface to explore results.
– School, group, and per-student reporting.
– Data visualizations to highlight key insights and enable easy comparisons.
– Comparisons to benchmarks and to local and global cohort performance.
