If you’re having trouble signing in to OISA, you’re in the right place. This page will help you understand how to log in, create your account, fix common access issues, and know when to contact your Organisation Administrator for support.
Where to Log In
You can access OISA at: https://oisa.oup.com
Choose Staff Log In and use your Oxford ID email and password.
What is an Oxford ID
Your Oxford ID is the set of login details you use to access OISA and other Oxford University Press digital products and services.
The teacher who purchased OISA for your school becomes the Organisation Administrator and is the first person invited to create an account.
If you already use Oxford Reading Buddy at your school, you already have an Oxford ID and can use your existing login details.
Creating Your Oxford ID (New Users)
If you are the Organisation Administrator or have been invited to set up your account, we have provided a step by step process for setting up your Oxford ID account here
Joining a School That Already Uses OISA
If your school already has an OISA account, contact your Organisation Administrator. They will send you an email invitation to create your OISA password and log in.
Trouble Logging In? Try These Steps
- Reset your username or password using the ‘Forgotten your username or password?’ on the staff login page
- Ask your Organisation Administrator to resend your invitation or a password reset email.

When to Contact Your Organisation Administrator
Contact your Organisation Administrator if you need an invitation, a password reset email, or help determining whether your school already has an account.
