Ordering additional test credits

If your school needs to purchase additional test credits for OISA, please follow the steps below:

1. Contact Us
   Email our team at [email protected] to request additional credits.
   
2. Account Verification
   A member of our Customer Success team will check your OISA account details and confirm with you all the information we need to proceed.
   
3. Receive the Order Form
   We will send an official OISA order form to your OISA school contact for completion.
   
4. Submit Your Order
   Once completed, email the order form back to us via our Customer Success team: [email protected].
   
5. Order Processing
   Our team will process your order and ensure the additional credits are added to your account.
   
6. Order Confirmation
   When the order is complete, we will confirm that the credits are available for use.
