The Products tab in your dashboard will show you the OISA products you have purchased, and the number of test credits consumed.
Credits reduce as students take exams.
Test Credits Policy:
- OISA tests are purchased per-level, per-subject, per-student via test credits.
- Test Credits are exclusively limited to each OISA annual test window.
- Any test credits remaining unused at the end of the test window will automatically expire and are non-refundable.
- If the number of test credits purchased is exceeded, an invoice will be issued to cover the additional credits consumed.
